Nashville Wedding Photography – Phil & Jennifer

We had the joy of photographing Phil & Jennifer’s beautiful wedding last month at Cheekwood & Hermitage Hotel.  These two are the sweetest and we had so much fun getting to know them prior to their wedding!  Phil is from England and if you know us we are only slightly obsessed with anything British!  Needless to say we had so much fun meeting both of their families and enjoying the British touches they added to their day.  Everything from the British cab to the fabulous hats and even ended the night with British bacon sandwiches. Yum!

We were so excited that they also worked with so many amazing vendors.  The flowers by Enchanted Florist were absolutely breathtaking and we couldn’t have made it through the day without Sarah with Music City Events!

Stunning cake by The French Confection

Phil & Jennifer, thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day.  It was absolutely beautiful.  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Eric & Melissa’s Franklin Engagement Session – Part 2

As promised, here are a few more images from our session with Eric & Melissa. These shots, however, were all taken with a medium format film camera. We just love the look and feel of larger format film.  We think they look pretty awesome on the blog, but you should see these prints enlarged.  :) There really is no replacing the look of film…there is just something about it. Hope you enjoy!

We were very excited to learn a couple of months ago that Trace & Danielle’s beautiful Kentucky wedding would be featured in the Spring issue of Jacki Allen’s Kentucky Bride!  This is such a fun & modern bridal magazine.  Even if you are not a bride in Kentucky, it is still an incredible resource for wedding inspiration.  We definitely encourage you to check it out and while you’re flipping through, check out Trace & Danielle’s feature!:)

Google Analytics Tutorial for Photographers

For those of you who are photographers or small business owners, I thought I would share a video tutorial I made a few weeks ago for the Pictage blog. It quickly outlines how to install and use Google Analytics, a super powerful (and free) tool from Google. If you aren’t checking your website’s stats you are missing a big opportunity to grow your business. Check out the video and let me know what you think!
