We’re almost to the end of posting all of our 2009 weddings!  Up next is Brian & Liz   We love these two…they are probably some of the most laid back people we have ever met, which is just our style.   We were so excited when we had dinner with them at Cabana last spring (remember that season that ISN’T winter?) and they asked us to photograph their wedding.  We knew right then that their wedding would be a blast!  To top it off, they also worked with some of our favorite vendors like Jacki with Elegant Weddings by Angela, Maples Wedding Cakes & Elaine McCord Florals. Brian & Liz, it was such a joy to work with you…enjoy!

Two beautiful brides in one week…we are some lucky photogs!  We are thrilled to show you a sneak peek of Chandra’s bridal session.  We had so much fun going around to a few different locations with her.  She opted to have her bridal session after her wedding, which we think is pretty smart.  You’re not as worried about sitting in your dress, leaning against a wall, etc. when you have already been through your wedding day.   It was great to take our time and know that we had the freedom to get some creative shots.   Thanks Chandra for putting up with us!  Enjoy a few of our favorites

Matt & Chandra were married in a beautiful fall wedding at Cedarwood.   The staff at Cedarwood did an amazing job adding touches of the tropics to everything from the flowers to the cake. It was seriously one of the prettiest weddings I have ever been to.  It was also one of the most fun   Matt & Chandra, you guys have amazing hearts & senses of humor.  Phil and I laughed the entire day…thanks for making our job so much fun.   Enjoy a few of our favorites! Guess what?  It is 2010! How strange is that? Sounds so futuristic. We are very pleased to be able to usher in the new year with some photos from our awesome Tupelo creative couple – Casey & Laura. We posted the wedding photographs a couple weeks ago and we’ve been dying to get these up as well.

Sometimes on the day of the wedding certain factors (such as rain) can limit your options when it comes to wedding photos.  That is why we LOVE day-after sessions. They don’t actually have to be the very next day of course. Some couples schedule these sessions weeks after the wedding day.  Day-after sessions are really great for removing the location and time constraints of a busy wedding day and allows the couple to really get some creative shots in their wedding attire. These sessions are becoming more and more popular with our couples and we are loving it!
