Back in April, Phil and I went to New Orleans to photograph Ken & Lindsey’s wedding. We decided to hang out a few extra days for a small vacation because we love the city so much. Of course, most of our personal photos are put on the back burner until we have time to go through them. We finally did though and wanted to share a few of our favorites. This will be a two parter because we also took a day to go down to the 9th ward. We will share those soon

congrats, guys!
Robin & Stephen were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Cheekwood last month. It literally rained all morning and then stopped just in time for the ceremony. We were so happy that they got the wedding they had dreamed and planned for! We have enjoyed working with both of them so much and they are truly some of the nicest clients we have ever had. Last week Ashley & Trey came into town from Arkansas for their engagement session. We couldn’t ask for a better couple to hang out with for the afternoon. They laugh a lot which makes our job so much fun! On top of that they are super smart. They are our “pharmacist” couple because they are both pharmacists. I know, we are not very creative with our nicknames. So, of course we quizzed them about what allergy medicine we should take since it’s that time of year! Anyways, we cannot wait for their January wedding with the fabulous Kristin Carolan of Simply Stunning Events. If their engagement session is any indication, it will be a very fun wedding Enjoy!
