Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Wedding Photography – Doug & Erin

Getting to spend the end of October in Cabo San Lucas for Doug & Erin’s wedding was the best.  After a full Fall of weddings here, it was nice to go somewhere tropical and warm!  Almost a year had past since their engagement session and it was so fun to finally be in Mexico with them for their big day.  :)  Erin & Doug, thank you so much for letting us be a part of this special time.  We had so much fun getting to know you guys a little better as well as get to know your friends & family. Everyone was so welcoming to us and it really meant a lot.  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Murray, KY Wedding Photography – Paul & Dianne

We had so much fun shooting Paul & Dianne’s wedding last October.  It was held at Murray State University, where these two met!  When we met with Dianne last year, we were so excited when she said that the wedding would be held at the beautiful Lovett Auditorium on campus.   It’s an incredible old theater and we knew with her flare for the dramatic, that it would be a really cool wedding.  These two have had a pretty tough year and as we have gotten to know them, they are definitely two of the strongest people that we know.  We truly were honored to be a part of their day.  Paul & Dianne, we hope you guys had a nice relaxing honeymoon in Savannah.  Enjoy your sneak peek!

Franklin,TN Engagement Photography – John & Amy

We were so happy when we met John & Amy in downtown Franklin a few weeks back and still found some beautiful fall leaves to use as a backdrop for some of their images!   These guys were in town from Seattle and that was their only request.:) We are super excited to photograph their wedding next May at Cedarwood.  We know it’s going to be a beautiful day!

Kentucky Wedding Photography – Trace & Danielle

We have had so much fun getting to know Trace & Danielle over the past year as they geared up for their wedding.  They really are such a sweet & genuine couple.  My favorite part about them is that they really do love being together.  They love being together so much that when Trace had to move to Ethiopia while they were dating, they couldn’t stand the thought of being apart so Danielle quit her job and moved with him!  Their wedding was very special and I’m so glad we were able to be a part of it.

Danielle has such a great sense of style that we had a blast shooting every detail!  Her dress was designed & hand made by one of her best friends.  I could have sworn it was an actual vintage dress,  it was amazing.  That was just the start…the bouquet was unlike anything we had ever seen before and her shoes were darling!  The location for their wedding was also fantastic.  Their ceremony was held at Land Between the Lakes and their reception was held at the Kuttawa Harbor House.  Trace also managed to find this historic small chapel waaaay off the beaten path that they had their “first look” at.  We had so much fun exploring and getting some beautiful shots of these two.  Needless to say, we are in love with this couple and wedding.  Enjoy a few of our favorites!

Laura Cumbee - I came across these photos while doing an image search for Kuttawa Harbor House. I came across these images and just loved everything about them. I found the Harbor House today while searching for possible locations for our wedding and reception. I guess i’m hoping the bride or any attendees could comment on the location. The style of this couple and their event seems very similar to ours and took that as a good sign! We are originally from Paducah and would like to have our wedding close to back home! Thanks.

We LOVE our clients! (and amazing baked goods!)

So, just a quick post to show off the absolute coolest baked good we’ve ever seen! Our awesome bride, Michelle, baked these amazing “thank you” cookies and brought them over last night for her image premiere. We had a great time showing them their images and an equally great time stuffing our faces with these delicious cookies after they left!:)

We are seriously so lucky to have such great clients. It seems weird to call all of you clients…friends is a much better word! Thank you ALL for making 2010 Uh-Maze-Ing!
